Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Coffee with VTuber, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Telephone +4915144915098, E-mail: info@coffee-with-vtuber.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, for this purpose.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (§ 312g BGB), and we reserve the right to rely on the following regulation:
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, carriage of goods, rental of motor vehicles , delivery of food and beverages, as well as for the provision of other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (e.g., an online congress).
